This is my first time using a site like this. I've used sites like Tumblr and Cohost. I know that Cohost has been shut down recently and that I'm on this site now as an alternative.
Everyone says that they'll miss Cohost; I won't. It was just another place that made me extremely envious and depressed. I realize now that certain attributes to blogs such as likes, follows, and asks, are all things that fuel those emotions. You can say that those are stupid reasons to be jealous and depressed; don't worry, they are. That's how I am, unfortunately. I like the simplicity here, and I'm hoping that maybe I'll stick it through.
I don't have much to say. Well, I kind of do, but I'm just stuck in that mindset that no one cares what I say, and that I don't really see a point in sharing anything on the internet anymore. I used to have a story to tell, but I'm not sure if it's even worth sharing. Someday when I'm gone, this place will probably be the only legacy I have in the internet. Whether it's good or bad, maybe someday someone will read it and go "Hey. This is pretty cool."
